10 Days Of Holy Yoga
Kickstart Some Consistency In Your Life!
Hey friend! Do you ever find yourself stuck in a rut, needing a jolt or gentle nudge to get you moving again? I know I do. In these cases I find that adding some consistency, however small, is a great way to get some momentum.
Enter the 10 Days of Holy Yoga Challenge.
We created a series of videos to challenge you to get on your mat every day, for 10 days straight. It doesn’t take a lot of time (10 to 15 minutes, usually) and it may be the kick-in-the-butt you’ve been needing.
Progress is fueled by consistency
The key to my own progress has been consistency. It’s not the intensity or duration of my workout; it’s consistency. It’s showing up whether I feel like it or not, giving whatever I can offer in that moment.
I also discovered that consistency builds confidence, and who doesn’t want more confidence? Um, yes please! I’ll have some of that, thanks.
More importantly, my heart needs this same consistency. Have you ever noticed the days you don’t feel like hitting the mat are days you’re needing some time with Jesus?
The physical and spiritual often go hand-in-hand, and our spiritual enemy knows this. If he’s laying it on thick, that’s your cue to fight back. Don your favorite pair of yoga pants and get on your mat! In those moments, all you need to do is show up. Just as you are, without any masks; Jesus will meet you.

Not a beginner? There are some things for all levels of yogis, so don’t skip it, even if you’re no stranger to the mat.
