Hey friend! We’re doing a 10 part video series to challenge you to hit your mat for 10 days in a row, and this video is Day 4. We’ll help bring some consistency to your life, and we’ll also cover several different aspects of holy yoga. You’ll get a lot out of this challenge whether you’re brand new or no stranger to the mat, so don’t skip out!
If you’re finding us for the first time, head over here to start with Day 1!
Did you know that by practicing balance work your mind actually moves into a state of rest? Yes! By wobbling and embracing the shake, you’re not only building strength in your body, but also building focus and clarity in your mind. Have fun wobbling through this sequence of balancing postures with us!
Our heart intention is focused on Psalm 1:2-3: “But they delight in the law of the Lord, meditating on it day and night. They are like trees planted along the riverbank, bearing fruit each season. Their leaves never wither, and they prosper in all they do.” Let’s work on our rootedness in Christ together! Is “rootedness” a word? If not, it is now!
Let me know how this one goes! I’d love to hear from you. Leave a comment below!
