Fight That Afternoon Slump
Do you ever have those days where you seem to hit a wall in the early afternoon? Your brain slows down and it gets tough to think clearly, you could take a nap wherever you find yourself (hopefully not while driving!), you feel completely wiped out and exhausted…that’s me just about every day.
I’ve crafted this video to help fight this. After you practice some intentional breathwork, mindful meditation on Ezekiel 37:5, and vinyasas and backbends, you are sure to recharge your batteries to carry you through the rest of your day!
Your heart will feel lighter, your brain will feel clearer, and your mood will feel boosted.
