Yoga HIIT Workout 2

Hey friends! Misty is back with another yoga shred inspired workout (aka tabata or HIIT).

It’s short but intense. If one round feels enough for you then that is great! I’m so proud of you for finishing!

If you want to push a little harder then repeat for 3 or 4 rounds! Just jump back to 0:31 and do it again!
