Yoga HIIT Workout

Hey friends, Misty here. I wanted to change things up a little bit. In this video I’m bringing you a “yoga shred” inspired workout (aka tabata, HIIT).

If one round feels enough for you then that is great! I’m so proud of you for finishing!

If you want to push a little harder, repeat 3 or 4 times! You might sweat, you might breathe heavy, and you might have to dig deep in that last round…but you’ve got this!
