I don’t know about you, but I’m on my feet most of the day. It doesn’t take long to notice how much tension you can hold in your ankles and feet, and even in between your toes.
Ankle stretching will allow you to have better posture, make standing more comfortable for you, and even helps with your balance!
Roll out your mat and join me in this flow to help find release in your ankles and feet!
