Need to improve your balance? Use this fun “micro-flow” to bring some balance, stability, and play into your life! I do short little sequences sometimes after a workout or when I’m warmed up and have a few minutes to play around.
Use this to sneak in some movement (although you’ll want to be warmed up, so if you’re not, do a few vinyasas or son salutations to get warmed up) or try it at the end of a workout for a fun little challenge.
