In this video we go over Warrior 2. This is a foundational yoga pose and is often used as a transitional pose (to transition you from one pose to another).
Warrior 2 is a standing pose that stretches your groin, legs, chest, and shoulders, and builds strength in your legs and glutes. It also increases your stamina and improves concentration.
