Now that you’ve got crow and side crow down, are you ready for a new challenge? I’ve got one for you…grasshopper!
Grasshopper (aka Revolved Flying Pigeon or Dragonfly Pose) is another challenging arm balance, and is a lot of fun to practice. It builds strength in the arms, shoulders, and core, and incorporates both a hip opener and a twist!
Be sure you’re nice and warm before giving it a shot.
If you haven’t worked on crow or side crow yet, start with those first.
Now, let’s hit the mat and work on your grasshopper!
