In this video we break down Crescent Lunge. Crescent Lunge is a standing posture that involves nearly every muscle in your body. It strengthens and stretches your lower body, stretches much of your upper body, and helps build balance and stability.
Specifically, it stretches your legs, groin, and hip flexors, while strengthening and toning your thighs, hips, and butt. Who doesn’t want that?!?!?
It’s also energizing, fighting fatigue and boosting your mood. And who doesn’t want that, too?!?
