How To Do Mountain Pose

In this video we break down mountain pose. I’m sure some of you are wondering what there is to break down, since you’re just standing there, right?

Nope.

There are several things to keep in mind while doing mountain pose, and I want to share those with you.

Mountain pose can help improve your balance, focus, and posture (on and off the mat). It brings a sense of strength and calmness, and can work multiple muscle groups when done with purpose. Unroll your mat and let’s work on your mountain pose!
