In this video we break down chair pose. Chair is a standing pose that works nearly the entire body, but especially your legs! It builds strength in the thighs and ankles, but also works the shoulders, glutes, hips, back, and core. “Sit” in your chair for very long, and it’ll really get your heart pumping (and legs burning)!
