Hi friends!
Gratitude can help shape our thoughts, our heart, and even our actions. It’s a choice we get to make everyday! When we habitually practice gratitude it confesses “God you’re good and I praise You in all circumstances!”
Even when our situations aren’t always good. Even when we’re hurting. Even when we don’t have things we want or need. Even when He doesn’t answer our prayers (or answer them fast enough).
This simple meditation offers an invitation to catch your breath and set (or reset) your focus on His goodness and give Him thanks.
