Hey guys! Here’s a fun mini holy yoga sequence that I do sometimes after a workout or when I’m warmed up and have a few minutes to play around.
Use this to sneak in some movement (although you’ll want to be warmed up, so if you’re not, do a few vinyasas or son salutations to get warmed up) or try it at the end of a workout for a fun little challenge.
Poses in this sequence: Down dog, 3 legged dog, crescent lunge, prayer lunge (aka crescent lunge twist), revolved crescent lunge, side plank / star pose, wild thing, wheel pose (upward bow), shoulder stand, plow pose, and chaturanga.
