Are you new to yoga, and not sure where to start? Or maybe you’ve been doing it for a while, but want to go back to the basics. Or maybe you just need a gentler flow in-between more challenging sequences. Either way, this video is for you!
We’ll go through some basic yoga postures and spend some time with God on our mats.
Our intention for this video is Psalm 62:1-2 (TPT):
“I stand silently to listen for the one I love,
waiting as long as it takes for the Lord to rescue me.
For God alone has become my Savior.
He alone is my safe place;
his wrap-around presence always protects me.
For he is my champion defender;
there’s no risk of failure with God.
So why would I let worry paralyze me,
even when troubles multiply around me?”
Unroll your mat with me and let’s spend some time worshipping God with our mind, body, and heart.
