In this video we’re bringing you a gentle christian yoga morning flow!
In the morning we tend to be a little bit tighter and that’s totally normal. Your muscles have been resting for the last however many hours. So it’s normal to experience some tightness, no matter what your flexibility level is.
And if you’re like me, some days you might wake up feeling a little scatter brained or have some anxious thoughts about the day ahead. So it’s great to start the day with some intentional movement and meditation to keep those thoughts at bay.
Grab your cup of coffee, unroll your mat, and come and practice this very simple, very basic practice that is designed for when you wake up in the morning!
In this gentle christian yoga morning flow we’ll do some stretches, take some deep breaths, bring some calm to our mind, wake up our body, and open up those muscles before we start our day.
This is a very gentle practice. You can do this with or without props, just whatever makes you feel the most comfortable.
