We know these last few weeks have been hard, and we’re uncertain about what the next several weeks and months will bring…but our heavenly father, who loves us dearly, never leaves us. He’s our rock, our calm within the storm.
We hope you feel a little lighter, a little more peaceful after practicing with us today and spending time with God on your mat.
