Hey friends! Today we’re going to add a twist to our crow pose…literally…with side crow!
We’ve covered crow pose here, and recommend starting there. Once you’ve worked on crow and feel comfortable with it (or ready for a new challenge!), amp it up with side crow!
Side crow (sometimes referred to as side crane pose) is the foundation for another pose, grasshopper, which we’ll cover in another video. It strengthens your arms, wrists, shoulders, core, and spine. It also helps develop your concentration!
Don’t give up if it’s hard at first! Make sure you’re nice and warm, and have fun with this!
