If you’re like me, you find it hard to slow down and just be. To sit in His presence, to breathe with Him, worship Him. Our soul needs it so badly, yet the draw on our hearts to work work work do do do keeps us busy and distracted (and exhausted).
And if you’re like me, you find a certain discomfort in the stillness. Embrace the discomfort! Sometimes we feel this way because we know if we’re still long enough, God is going to call us out on some things that we know we need to change. Ouch, that’s good. Preaching to myself here.
