In this video you’ll be pushed to get to the end of yourself through fun (and challenging) power postures!
You will sweat, build heat in the body, grow stronger, and gain flexibility. You’ll also learn how to overcome difficulty using meditation and breathwork.
Hebrews 12:1-2 says that we can choose the joy, which is our strength, that is set before us by keeping our eyes on Jesus.
These techniques will help you both on and off the mat! Next time you’re facing a difficult situation, meditate on this Word (and focus your breathing).
